I finally finished this! It was a partner project with another woman I met at my LQS. Hers is green in the middle and blue on the edges. It is a bargello derivative. I really like how it turned out!

Spring to Finish!

I didn't participate in last month's Spring to Finish that Jacquie of Tallgrass Prairie Studio is hosting, but when I read that she was going to do it again for May I knew I had to join. I have way too many projects going on. Here is what I have started:

• Brown and Turquoise Coin Quilt -- Quliting in progress
• Cotton Blossoms Coin Quilt -- Piecing
• Woodland Blooms Disappearing Nine Patch -- Basted and ready to Quilt
• Trip for 2 to Boston -- Need to hand sew the binding
• Pajama pants for my niece - need to insert elastic
• Rainbow Jane blocks
• Nine patch blocks for swap
• Geese in the forest blocks (I am doing two...green and red and a patchy one...crazy me!)
• Green and brown improv quilt -- piecing
• Purple and green log cabin for my mother-in-law -- piecing
• Farmer's Market disappearing nine patch -- piecing
• There are more, but this list is getting embarassingly long!

Chirstmas Quilt

Well, I'd like to say this is early for Christmas 2009, rather than late for Christmas 2008. Whichever it is, it is done! I am working full time now, so my sewing is making very slow progress.
